Just right opposite the train station. Front desk receptions were all super nice and friendly. Great choices of amenities. The room is comfy.

Location was good. Very near to the train station. There are plenty of food options. Staff speaks English and they are polite. Love that they give packets of amenities before you enter the lift.

Very friendly staff, fast check in and out, fantastic location right next to train station and near shops and convenience stores. Lots of toiletries and amenities you can choose from. The room was clean and modern with a nice view to the mountains. Bathroom, toilet and shower were great and bed was comfy.

The place was clean and well-equipped. The location was near to a train station. There were a lot of shop lots and eateries nearby.

Very new hotel. Very cloe to the station. All amenities were there. Price is very reasonable. Machine check-in and a staff helped to push the right buttons, but even without him, the checkin process is extremely smooth. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent.

great hotel if you are staying in Ueda -right in front of Ueda Station -friendly staff, the were very accommodating with the packages
